I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us, and the location was decent, just a 10-minute walk to the center. However, the room I stayed in wasn't very comfortable, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's a decent place but not without its quirks.

Rooms

The room was a bit cramped and not as comfortable as I expected it to be. It also seemed like they charged me 20 GEL more than what I had on my booking confirmation.
Service

The service was excellent! The staff were friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us until 1 am. They handled a billing mistake promptly, which I appreciated.
Location

The hotel is not located in the old town area but is pretty close to the main shopping street, which I found to be convenient with luxury shops nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center.
Dining

The breakfast had room for improvement. While there were some choices, I expected to see more Georgian dishes, especially the bread wasn't fresh, and the eggs were served cold.
Facilities

Overall, the facilities seemed adequate, but nothing stood out as exceptional during my stay.

The hotel has a great location, central and peaceful, with a nice view of the green hills. The rooms are spacious and very clean, although they can be chilly at times. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with service, particularly the taxi booking. Dining options were decent but repetitive. Overall, it offers good value for money, but some areas could use improvement.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be well-located with beautiful views of the green hills, making it a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing great value for the price. However, I did experience some difficulties with the staff, as they weren't the most welcoming during my visit. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a quieter area that offers nice views of the green hills while still being relatively close to the city center if you use taxis or buses. The rooms were quite cold upon arrival, and there were some issues with the service, especially regarding a missed taxi booking for the airport. However, the views from the 8th floor made up for some of the challenges, and the staff were generally friendly.

Rooms
6.0
Our room with one king bed and two single beds was freezing cold when we arrived, and we couldn't heat it due to the electricity turning off when we removed the card key. On the plus side, being on the 8th floor, we had some lovely views.
Service

While the staff were friendly and polite, they unfortunately failed to book our taxi to the airport on time, despite giving advanced notice the night before. This was quite disappointing.
Location

I had a mixed experience at the Orion in Tbilisi. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the unexpected change in room rate and issues with the staff's service really dampened my stay. All in all, there are some highlights but also notable drawbacks that could use improvement.
